Bikram

Bikram

This system consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room of 105F with 40% humidity. This style of yoga is mainly focused around healing and strengthening the spine as well as developing flexibility, strength and balance in the body. The heat is great for detoxification but also tremendously helpful in quickly limbering muscles, allowing the student to go deeper into the posture is a safe manner. The class is 90 minutes long.

Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa

This is a free style form of yoga which continuously flows postures, linking movement with breath. Vinyasa sculpts and tones the body while stretching muscles and flushing toxins. This discipline lends room for playfulness and self expression. Students will be encouraged and challenged to reach new depths and discover new skills. The postures and rhythm will vary each time from more upper body, core or lower body, and sometimes held for 10 seconds or as long as 1 minute.

Hot HIIT

Hot HIIT

Using Pilates principles of low impact and high intensity, Hot HIIT is a challenging full body workout. Its practiced on a mat in a room heated to 95 degrees, no props or weights needed. Hot HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Designed for all fitness levels and practiced with high energy music in a fun environment.

Restorative Yin

Restorative Yin

Our Restorative Yin class is a combination of two very relaxing and gentle styles of yoga. A Restorative sequence typically involves only a handful of poses, supported by props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks that allow students to completely relax and rest. The combination of prop support and the length of time spent in each pose allows for a total  body and mind reset. A yin sequence is also a passive practice, composed of a handful of poses which typically focus on stretching the connective tissue surrounding the joints. In this class, the student will allow gravity and time do the work. There is very little pull and push which is typical of a yang practice. So in our Restorative Yin class we basically combine these two styles, this class is practiced with no heat, and candle lights to enhance the ambience.
