This system consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room of 105F with 40% humidity. This style of yoga is mainly focused around healing and strengthening the spine as well as developing flexibility, strength and balance in the body. The heat is great for detoxification but also tremendously helpful in quickly limbering muscles, allowing the student to go deeper into the posture is a safe manner. The class is 90 minutes long.

Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa

This is a free style form of yoga which continuously flows postures, linking movement with breath. Vinyasa sculpts and tones the body while stretching muscles and flushing toxins. This discipline lends room for playfulness and self expression. Students will be encouraged and challenged to reach new depths and discover new skills. The postures and rhythm will vary each time from more upper body, core or lower body, and sometimes held for 10 seconds or as long as 1 minute.

Hot HIIT

Hot HIIT

Using Pilates prin­ci­ples of low impact and high intensity, Hot HIIT is a challenging full body work­out. Its practiced on a mat in a room heated to 95 degrees, no props or weights needed. Hot HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Designed for all fit­ness levels and practiced with high energy music in a fun environment.

Introducing a new fusion class at our studio. Combining Bikram and Vinyasa yoga, this class will be sequenced using the traditional Bik poses as the “sketelon” of class, complimented by a variety of Vinyasa style poses throughout. Allowing for fun and exploration while still maintaining a sense of tradition and familiarity.
